Returns Policy

Returns policy Most new, unopened products are returnable within 30 days after delivery for a full refund. We will also pay for return postage if the return is due to our fault (you received an erroneous or damaged item, for example).You should anticipate to get your refund within four weeks of returning your shipment to the return shipper; but, in many circumstances, you will receive a refund sooner. This time frame includes the travel time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we get it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to approve our refund request (5-10 business days).

If you need to return an item, just log in to your account, select ‘Complete Orders’ from the My Account menu, and then click the Return Item(s) button. We will tell you via email of your refund after we have received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to any location in the world. Some items have restrictions and cannot be transported to overseas locations. When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates depending on the availability of your products and the shipping options you select. Depending on the shipping company you select, shipment date estimations may display on the shipping quotes page.

Please keep in mind that shipping prices for many of the things we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such object may be seen on the detail page. To comply with the requirements of the shipping companies we employ, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest full pound.
